My Story

Hi, I’m Juliana! I am a Colorado native and boy mom. I have always had a passion for people, good health, mindful movement, data, communication, and creativity.

I am a compassionate, dedicated, results-driven marketing and communications leader and teacher. I have 19 years of experience driving brand growth, audience engagement, and revenue impact across media, technology information services and the health and wellness industries with global, national and startup businesses and teams. My higher education and professional degrees include:

  • Bachelor degrees in Psychology (Magna Cum Laude) and English Creative Writing from CU Boulder in 2006
  • Master of Arts in Communication Management (Marketing Communications) from Denver University with 3.9 GPA in 2018.

I have been practicing yoga for over 18 years including hot yoga, vinyasa, yin/restorative and sculpt yoga. I am a CorePower Yoga Member and Yoga Instructor. My credentials include: 

  • 200 Hours Yoga Teacher certified from CorePowerYoga since February 2025
  • 50 hours Hot Power Fusion Teacher certified (recognized by the Yoga Alliance) from CorePower Yoga since August 2025

My passion for yoga and it’s healing powers drove me to get teacher certified after 18 years of yoga practice. I am qualified to guide:

  • Beginner level vinyasa yoga class 
  • Hot Power Fusion Yoga – a blend of the original Hot Yoga posture sequences combined with core work and vinyasa flows.
  • In-Training to teach a Traditional Hot Yoga 60 minutes class at CorePower Yoga!


You will leave my classes feeling a connection between mind and body – balanced and empowered with custom yoga themes and music as you are guided to reach your personal bliss.
